Wire bracket praised for ease of installation and compatibility with drinking bottles for chickens and small animals. Customers said it's "so much more handy" than spring-loaded alternatives, attaching securely to wire mesh cages. Some noted the price is high for the simple design, but appreciated it as a convenient solution.

    works both forward and backward

I mostly bought this bracket because I was unsure if the metal bungie that came to hang the waterer with would be able to handle the weight of the water. However, it's been way more useful than I expected. I love the flexibility of being able to hang the waterer inside or outside of the coop. All I need to do is put the waterer in the way I want it to face because the wire frame works both forward and backward on my 2x4 welded wire fencing. There is also an optional bracket so you can attach it to a solid wall with screws.

Easy to get the feeder/waterer in & out for cleaning & fill

I love these wire holders for the feeders and waters, they’re so handy to hook onto the wire mesh cage, wall and a lot more user-friendly than the spring loaded wire things with the hooks on the end that they sell. I do not like those at all cause they’re just a pain in the butt to get on and off and get the water or feeder in and out, these wire things that hang onto the mash there are so much more handy for getting the feeder and water in and out easily

    Easy to Use

We recently bought 4 new baby chicks and needed a smaller waterer. We had one that I bought awhile back, but didn't have a way to hook it to the wire fencing we have for them. This worked perfectly for the waterer we have.

Kind of expensive but also a necessity

Makes hanging the rentacoop waterers and feeders on cages or hardware cloth a breeze and is essential. I thought my husband would be able to make one of these for me but after a month of waiting for one - I just decided to buy one, much easier! Works well and now I have maybe 5 of them and considering buying more. I don't use the plate to secure it to the hardware cloth/cage though, it works fine without and makes it easier to take off the whole thing for cleaning. It's just pretty expensive for a relatively simple design. Also I feel like it could be improved on, not sure how (lol) but it's just so simple.

Using this for the inside waterer in our small chicken coop. It is easy to install and has held up well so far.

    Depends on what you need

Nothing is wrong with this product, however we found that placing a single brick or two under the waterer rather than this does the same thing. A huge benefit if a brick or two is you can put the waterers anywhere in the coop fie earlier access. Just get a brick or two and out the waterer on top of it. I can't return these because it's been over a month but I'll toss them in the recycle bin

    Nice but expensive

There’s not much to this thing. It works as it should, easy to install and use. It is expensive for what it is, but it’s a turn key solution if you don’t have time to mess with it.

Definitely made using our waterers easier.

These made attaching the waterers to our brooders much easier. Fit the intended product perfectly. I really like all the products I have from RentACoop. They do tend to be more expensive, but the quality has been good so far, and I continue to spend more for the quality.

    It works.

The hangar is put on the outside of the small chicken house I have my baby chicks in. So nothing can happen to it; just install it and put in the small waterer and it fits great. The Rent-A-Coop products work out well and it’s sturdy.

    Well made.

It would be easy enough to make if you have the heavy wire but it was easier to buy it already made.
