Customers said this boundary fence is easy to set up and convenient. "Very well built, easy to install," noted reviewers. Most customers found it effective for containing chickens, though some reported larger birds flying over and smaller dogs pushing underneath. Netting is durable but stakes may need reinforcement.

    Easy to set up

So easy to set up. Bigger than expected. Using as a temporary run for my chickens until the permanent one is set up. Will still use this to give the girls more freedom but won’t have to chase them all over my yard to gather them.

    Fantastic temporary fence

I live in a condo that has VERY strict rules about off leash dogs. And also conveniently has no dog park. Since the dog park closest to my home has shut down, I’ve been looking for alternatives for my pup. I felt so bad seeing him locked up most of the day, and on walks, being leashed. Decided to order this rent a flip and I am beyond happy. It was super easy to set up, the space is wonderful for my boy to run around in, and STURDY. The first time my pup saw another dog outside the fence, he battering rammed one of the nets, but it stayed standing and took zero damage.
TLDR; easy to install and take down (less than 20 minutes), sturdy, and spacious. Perfect choice for those who travel, or those who don’t have fenced in backyards.
Edit: I purchased this fence in February 2024, it is now October of the same year. This fence has withstood a hurricane and MANY storms. I only take it down once a week for the landscapers to mow and it stands strong. I really cannot recommend this fence enough to anyone who needs a “pop up” fence. I wish I had purchased it years ago.

    Very nice fence

I bought this to help keep my hens from going in the road. This product is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to put up. Simple to move if needed and keeps my chickens in the back yard. A little expensive but worth it to me because my girls are not getting into the road. Would recommend to anyone.

    Works great but its escapable

Dogs can escape but you have to pin down every foot .

Great for keeping chooks out of garden!

We love this for giving our chickens some free range time but keeping them out of the garden and landscaping. The stakes aren’t super heavy duty, so it’s sometimes a challenge to get them into the ground if it hasn’t rained for a while. I wasn’t sure if 100’ would be too long, but it makes a comfortable area for our 17 hens.

    Easy and Durable

We bought this fence to keep our chickens in the back of our property because they kept coming up front and destroying my wife’s flowers. The land we have here is cleach and hard as a rock. This fence has spikes that easily pushed into the ground with your foot. The fence is durable and keeps all our chickens in and it’s tall enough they can’t fly over it. It comes with little spikes which we used to nail down the middle of the netting to keep it to the ground as well. Highly recommend this product. It’s expensive but I don’t have any complaints

    Works great for my chickens!

I bought the 100 foot fencing and it was as easy to put up as advertised! It kept a dog out too but my smaller dog can push under without causing any residual gap. Luckily he just wants to follow me, not the chickens. It is also easy to remove to change positions (I use the claw part of the hammer to pull.). I definitely recommend this. It is well made and comes with an extra pole plus stakes to keep it in the ground.

    Great for chickens

We use this to give our chickens extra space to run around. It gives them more freedom and more area to safely free range.

    Great Quality

The fence is sturdy, and well made. I use this to give my chickens some free range area. The fence is very easy to move and works great at keeping my chickens in. I able to give them a lot of area for foraging. I am buying another to use to keep my dog confined to certain areas while I work in the yard. I really love it.

Good for the most part, some flaws though.

It is pretty easy to move this around. Very light weight. We’ve moved it 4-5 times now and the netting is getting kind of stretched out so it’s sagging a little bit. A couple of our bigger stubborn hens have flown over it and we have a raccoon that has chewed holes through the fence at night. Obviously nothing wrong with the fence, just more issues that we’ll have to deal with.

    Adjust as needed

It took some adjusting but it's keeping hens out of the garden for the last week.

    Beware of rabbits

Day two of the fence being up and rabbits have chewed through multiple areas of the fencing and the chickens are getting out.

Otherwise, very easy to set up

    Chickens fly over it

If you do not have a large enough area the chickens will fly over the fence. I ordered the 100ft length for 3 hens and 2 flew right over. I then tried using it for my younger hen by herself and she ended up doing the same thing. For the price I don't think it's worth it. If it held them in it would be great because it's made well and easy to move around. If I had another 100ft it might work but that's over $300 in chicken fence!

    Movable chicken run.....

First of all I never ever write reviews. But I had to let everyone know how fantastic this rent a coup product is. If you have chickens this is definitely for you! Take it out of the box, and in less than 10 minutes it's up, and your chickens can be in it enjoying themselves! The fence posts are sturdy, and they come attached to the netting, so there's no worry trying to figure out the placement and the spacing. I would highly recommend if you are considering some sort of portable chicken fencing. The netting is definitely sturdy and durable.

    Good Fence

Very good quality. The netting is tougher than I expected. Tall enough to keep most yard birds enclosed or even most dogs. A smart dog will certainly figure out that it could push under. That will yet to be proven with my GSD. My other two dogs will absolutely stay behind this fence if I ever need them to.

    Excellent

I have used this fencing to make a temporary duck yard, another for a separate temporary chicken yard, and to make a quarantine yard for an injured rooster. Worth the cost, easy and quick to set up. The only improvement I can think of is that the stakes that hold the panels down in the middle are a bit weak and bend easily. I bought sturdier tent stakes to help with that.

No more chicken poo on the patio!

Just what I was looking for to create a chicken zone in the yard. I wanted something flexible, like the electric poultry fencing, without the electricity. The fenced area is sloped and this flexible fence is perfect going over the contours. The fence is tall enough the chickens aren't trying to go over (they could if they wanted to) and can be staked to the ground if there are gaps underneath. No more chicken poop on the concrete, and the planter areas aren't getting dug up.
The fence seems visible enough that my dogs haven't accidentally run into it. The fiberglass posts have a 2 pronged metal base (like a lowercase 'h') for stepping on to push the post into the ground. Can't say how well it would work for going into hard dry ground, the posts were easy to plant in rain soft ground.
Note: I don't expect this fence to deter predators, the chickens free range outside the well built coop only when someone is home to keep an eye on things.

    Mixed Emotions

This fence was super easy to set up. I purchased two sections ,100 ft each. They were on sale for Black Friday and I got a pretty good price. If I was able to take them down and put them back up every day I feel the issue I have would be a moot point. The problem I have had daily is something chewing holes in the fence overnight to get in. I have run out of repair string and am quickly running out of zip ties. If I could do it all over again I would purchase the electric fence from the start. Because I will have to replace this one, it won't hold up much longer. Completely my mistake- but if I'm able to prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did I will be content.
