  • Complete Feeder & Waterer Set | Give your flock a simple feeding and watering setup in one convenient package. This chicken feeder and waterer set includes a 5lb no-waste feeder and 1-gallon chicken waterer, making it a great fit for backyard chicken keepers with smaller flocks or limited coop space
  • Compact Design Means More Space for your Flock | Made from thick, BPA-free plastic, this feeder and waterer set is designed for adult chickens, chicks, quail, pigeons, and doves. Use with common chicken feed like pellets or crumbles and help your flock transition by showing them the cups and nipples during setup
  • Install Easily in your Coop or Run | Designed for flexible setup, this poultry feeder and waterer can be used inside or outside the coop. Mount to wood, wire, or ½-inch hardware cloth, or hang using the included S-hooks. A great choice for coops, runs, and smaller backyard chicken setups
  • Less Wasted Feed, Fewer Messes | The no waste feeder design helps keep feed inside the feeder instead of scattered across the coop floor. 2 medium feed ports with sliders provide easy access for chicks, quail, adult chickens, and more while protecting feed unwanted pests
  • Fresh Water with Cups & Nipples | The automatic chicken waterer includes 2 auto-fill cups with removable inserts and 2 horizontal nipples, giving your flock multiple ways to drink. Cups encourage natural drinking and help hens dip their wattles in warm weather, while nipples support cleaner, mess-reducing hydration
  • What's in the Box: 5lb Feeder with handle and Anti-Roost Lid; 2 Medium Ports with sliders; 1 Gallon Waterer with handle, Anti-Roost Lid, and Mounting Bracket; 2 Horizontal Nipples; 2 Auto-Fill Cups

Changed from our tractor supply food and watering dispenser. I’m so happy we did! This kept their water clean and significantly cut down on food waste!

    Warning

These new ports with "night" closure are HORRIBLE! My poor chickens can't get any food! The hole for food is sooo small they just quit trying & go.back to the coop for food rather than eat in the run
    What a waste of $50

    Very disappointed

    1. These seem quite a bit smaller than I expected. They wouldn’t work well for more than 3-4 chickens.

    2. The nipple waterer broke as I was installing it.

    3. The feeders are so close together that they don’t install/seal well.

    4. There is only 1 mounting plate for the set. 🥴 Definitely not what I was going for.

Editing to add— the food just spills out continuously. You end up with every bit of food on the ground. If you try to close the tops a little, nothing comes out and the chickens end up starving. It’s a lose-lose situation.

    Overall, these are honestly terrible.

New Chicken Mama Here!! This was perfect purchase to get started. Loved that I can hang it so the chickens have more space to roam around in there coop. Definitely will be purchasing a bigger one when I have more chickens.

    Works well!

The waterer works great! The cups are sturdy and the spring is tight enough that there's never too much water in them. The shape deters roosting perfectly too. When introducing the waterer to my girls, I used the nipple fittings first since it takes them a hair longer to figure out.
The capacity of the feeder is perfect for 13, however a slight lip is needed at the ports to limit spillage. Also, I can't keep the sliders open in the ports or the feed will pour out til it's empty. Not sure yet if the flow rate is due to the crumbles texture or solely because there's nothing to stop it.

I'm more happy with the waterer than the feeder.

    Don’t buy for feeder

Feeders do not fit well within container. Feed falls though and is wasted even with divider opened only slightly. Waterer seems to work okay, no leaks

    Great product!

As usual Rent a Coop stuff is great.. love these feeders for my solo rooster who has his own bachelor pad near my two flocks. He can’t be with them because he is too rough with the ladies, but I hand raised him and he’s a year old so I can’t bring myself to cull and he would just do the same in someone else’s flock. So he needed a feeder and waterer and these are working fantastic. Easy to fill, easy to clean, light weight but still holds a ton of both food and water, keeps my rooster drinking clean water and plenty fed.

    Overpriced

I purchased these for a brooder for older chicks that aren’t quite ready to join the flock. These have a nice sturdy peaked lid, so chickens can’t roost on top of them. The feeder was extremely difficult to assemble; the three ports don’t smoothly fit together on the inside & you have to force them. Feed gets stuck inside on top of the ports & doesn’t fall. The ports are tiny, so one piece of shavings will clog up a port. The little doors to close the ports get jammed with feed, & also make access to the feed very awkward for chicks. I had to break off and remove the little black slider doors.
The waterer flooded the brooder more than once. The cups hang below the level of the water container, so if you fill the container with water & set it down on the floor, the water cups are pushed up & the container will empty. If a chick stands on one of the cups, the container will empty. If you want to place this on the floor of the brooder, you can’t, the cups will be pushed up & the container will empty. It can only be hung. I ordered the nipple waterers to replace the cups and so far, so good. I have no idea why this brand is so pricey.

    Horrible Engineering

I instantly boxed these up and returned them within an hour of getting my shipment in the mail. The food container barely fits the two spouts, and they’re literally pushed right up next to each other. I was really looking forward to having larger feed bins and water bins because I currently have the ones from the same brand that are about half of the size.
I should’ve looked at the reviews because other peoples reviews also state. Some of the reviews even show how you can’t fit both spouts in at all.

    Works well

The feeder inserts are a tight squeeze and don't fit perfectly like a few other reviews stated but otherwise they work good. Hold enough food and water for our 4 chickens for several days.

    It worked

It does work and can see where the food and water is at from outside. Although the water can not be touching at all on the bottom. If the bowls hit a surface it leaks non stop. Also found way cheaper ways to create the same thing at home and just need the parts and a drill.

Feeder holes are too small for adult chickens

The waterer works great. The feeder is MUCH too small. Even my 10 week old barred rocks had difficulties eating from it. The openings are too small and have an odd angle. I had to replace with a different feeder that has the same style but a MUCH BETTER DESIGN.

    Clean food and water

Chickens are crazy birds. They get everything dirty. This set was easy to mount in the coop.It is also easy to refill and the food and water stay clean. Love them!

Keeps my chickies hydrated and full

I only got one bracket for hanging and no cute vending machine sticker like in the images.

It was extremely awkward attaching the feeder heads to the bucket. They barely fit, so one of them is angled weird and not fully threaded together. Chickens can still eat, though.

Used small Bungie cords to secure it to my chicken jail walls, on top of a block.

I like that the feeder has little doors to close off access to the food, if necessary. Can see this being useful if used outside, it's raining, and water might get to the food.

The good news is it holds what it’s supposed to hold

Upon opening the box I noticed there was already scratches and dirty spots on the containers. Not what I would expect when I order a new product. I cleaned them and filled it, and so far it’s holding the contents without leaks. Other then that it’s a good size for a small coop.

    Missing pieces

I'd like to be able.to try this product, but they only provided one installation kit for two containers. I need an additional kit in order to install and use this item. Can't get a live person either at Amazon or at Rentacoop to help with this issue. Spent over an hour so far trying. I'll be returning this item and won't be purchasing anything from them again.

    Great feeder

I used this for feeding baby chics. It was ideal for them during the first week to 1.5 weeks old but as they grew larger it’s much better for. There’s no waste of feed and it’s super easy to clean and wipe off the outside of feeder. I will definitely use this again in the future!!

    Works well

Works well. Young Chickens took to it quickly. Holes cut in feeder are too close, so the install is tight but no issues with functionality

Feeder ports are difficult to install, they don’t sit right.

The two feeder ports are slightly too large and press together inside forcing you to have one sit slightly sideways in order to get it in. Bad design, I mean it is in place, and it works, but I would imagine the stress on the plastic will cause it to crack over time. Very clear whoever designed it never test assembled it.

    Clogs allot

It's convenient for having a water supply in a remote location for a day or two. It's also good to have a food supply in a remote location for a day or two. But the problem is when the bird drinks and then eats it packs the food and then it's clogged up. You have to clean the bottom and bowl out several times a day. Just don't like this design too much added work. I even tried to put the feed and water bowls far apart but that doesn't work birds retain both in their gullets. Can't say I'd buy it again or suggest it unless you got extra time on your hands.

Love the smaller size - BUT NOT FOR ADULT SIZE

I bought this to put in one of my runs during the winter since the chickens are cooped up a bit more and not free ranging as often.

I have a few bantam pullets that gravitate towards this feeder, but my bigger hens can’t eat out of it comfortably. The opening is too small. No issues with the waterer.
