This electric fence charger for chickens and other livestock is very powerful. When my husband was testing it he accidentally electrocuted himself and he said he feels sorry for anything trying to get in once this is turned on. It is very easy to install just make sure none of the fence touches anything that touches the ground.

It worked great until I dropped it . It was still under warranty but I didn’t think they would cover it because I dropped it but they did and they were very nice and sent me another right away. Greatest service I’ve had and great price.

I bought this for my poultry net and it consistently reads 8000 volts. Its very well made. Easy setup . It says you need either 2 3 ft grounding rods or 1 6 ft. I opted for the 6 ft as I am new to this and didnt want to complicate things. It was a great purchase and gives me great peace of mind when I let the girls out to forage.

I like it it works fine. Looks like it’s gonna last me a long time.

Well I lost the bet with my wife on which one of us would get shocked first. In my defense, I’m the one that installed it. I tested it with the provided tester and it worked great. I just couldn’t resist touching the netting. I wanted to see how bad it would hurt our dogs and chickens. After all the reason for the purchase was to protect them/not hurt them. Since we energized the netting, we have lost zero chickens. Zero!

I used this to replace a solar premier one energizer i was using. I bought it early on and of course the more chickens i bought, the more netting i needed. Once i added another 164ft section the zing was basically gone when touched. The premier one had also started malfunctioning (the power button stayed on at all times), and i got tired of manually charging the batteries if i didn’t have enough sun for a few days. I finally got around to buying a plug in one and took a chance on this one since i had bought other items from them with good success. I got 2 3ft grounding rods and this, wired it all up and wow!!! This thing hits. I have no fear this will do its job keeping dogs or anything similar out.

This fencer works great and I like the fact that I can add on as needed when it comes time to enlarge and connect more fencing. Also like the fact that I can disassemble and reassemble in 15 minutes.
This thing works great as I’ve not only experienced the deterrence myself (zap) I have witnessed other critters get jolsted as well and it works flawlessly.

I thought that this brand would be a good choice as opposed to the random capital letter brands drop shipping from China, but it turns out the build quality of this product wasn't great.

Installed in May. Stopped working last week. Less than 4 months of usage while installed under cover of a back porch.

Guess I'll fork over some more money for a more reputable brand.

Purchased the larger version after increasing to 3 poultry fence panels in order to help increase the strength. Was very impressed with the RAC60 with a single fence so decided to give the larger one a try. The RAC200 right out of the box before installing on the fence could not put out more than 7.4kv. When I installed it on the fence the output voltage was less than the RAC60. It also seemed to struggle to flash even the red light during the pulse.

I am very displeased with this charger and I hope it is just a lemon. I requested a replacement and will update my review depending on the performance.

Took me awhile to figure out the ground rods and everything else once I did and plugged this sucker in, had to hillbilly test it and gave myself a good shock. Keeps the dogs out and the sheep in. I’m happy

Had a problem with opossums getting in my coop at night….not anymore!!! Good unit very happy with it

I had never installed one of these so i must admit i was a little nervous unsure wether i was going to be able to install it and or wether i was going to hurt myself in the process however this unit not only it is Built very well, Robust and simple to use. The instructions were detailed and clear, including suggestions for optimizing use. Very impressed.

This energizer is a good one. It comes with an extra connector for a hot wire tape too. This will power about a half mile of fencing. (2,600 hundred feet)
Easy to install and works good. I'm usually the one who ends up testing the hot wires (yep. I'm a klutz) so I'll know for sure once I accidentally get bit by it. 😳😂 I'm sure the goats won't like it but with goats, it's necessary.
I would definitely recommend.

Great fencer. has strong shock even on 200 feet of fence.
