Debbie Harding: 5.0 out of 5 stars Had a leak but Rent A Coop took good care of us.

September 5, 2023

This product was great for the first few weeks of summer but now one nipple leaks. Rent A Coop took good care of us and sent a replacement. I’m confident this was just a one off incident and we will order from them again as needed.

Couple months in and we need another solution. 2 of the nipples are leaking and it doesn't hold water more than a few days

Hillary S: 5.0 out of 5 stars Best Waterer

July 20, 2023

I have two of these for my 5 chickens. I’ve tried the basic “traditional” waterers and the cups and this is hands-down the best system. I’m able to sit the lid on top without having to snap it on to make it easier to refill- no issues with the water getting dirty.

Amazon Customer: 5.0 out of 5 stars Developed cracks and now leaks--but seller responded with replacement!

August 3, 2023

I was initially very pleased with this product (purchased in December 2022). It replaced an open dish-type waterer which was constantly freezing (Ohio winters), spilling, and getting soiled with bedding. The new waterer helped solve all these problems. So I was disappointed when the waterer began leaking around two of the nipples after 8 months of use. I removed the two that were leaking and noticed that cracks had developed around the holes which receive the nipple inserts. Replacing the nipples won't fix the problem since the cracks are in the bucket itself. I'd like to know if the bucket can be replaced but I don't see where I can contact the seller directly for a replacement.**UPDATE (8/12/23)The seller reached out to me and quickly sent a replacement that I received today. Upon close inspection I see no cracks or flaws in the bucket. I really respect a seller who wants to make things right. Great customer service! I updated my initial rating from 3 stars to 5.

DW Plato: 5.0 out of 5 stars Best water option for chickens

Chickens are messy but this keeps their water poo free

Guy Goodpaster: 5.0 out of 5 stars Best purchase for my birds

August 18, 2023

I never worry about dirty water anymore. My chickens learned how to use in 15 minutes. The “nipples” can be removed and placed on another bucket to hold more water if needed. I upgraded to a larger 5 gallon bucket and drilled some holes in the bottom for the nipples. Works great.

Cecilia Sherman: 5.0 out of 5 stars Really liked it at first, but leaks

July 15, 2023

I thought this waterer was amazing, but after only a month of use we noticed some serious leaking from one of the spouts. Didn’t think much of it, fixed it. Then a couple days later one on the other side did the same thing. Could just be a fluke, but our experience was that it did not hold up as well as hoped.
